UPDATE: the majority of women at the 6-18-25 zoom meeting have voted to cancel both events. There may be a November conference, I will update when details are known.

Proposals:

• I propose we hold the fall 2025 Women’s Summit AKA “conference”  online with online voting (Both open to all interested sisters)

• I propose that we work out all issues as have been proposed by others, in the email forum, the slack, or somewhere accessible to all sisters. 

• I propose that we discuss the purpose and the scope of the summits (conferences) and their “powers” till the end of JUNE (June 23 – 30^th), vote on what is/is not allowed and then move to the Councils themselves till mid Nov (Voting the week of Nov 9-15)
• The discussions will be in Ally’s zoom meetings and or the email/Slack forums.

• Check out the “Logic” below, I have worked hard to make it easy to get through. I know, more docs, yea! (Heavy sarcasm)

It is my intent to have anything worthy of discussion decided by the body (51% majority.) I will post everything here as soon as it is decided or known to provide as much transparency as possible.
